Refund and Returns Policy

Please email us as soon as you received your package if you wish to return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions to ship your package back to us.  You will be notified once your return has been processed.  Your refund should be processed within 7-10 business days.

COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

Please ship your return in original packaging with tags still attached in saleable condition.

We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us.

All returns are subject to inspection; we reserve the right to refuse your refund/store credit if your return does not meet the above requirements.

What items are non-returnable?

Any items purchased on Final Sale are non-returnable.

Gifts with purchase.

Gift cards.

What items are returnable?

Unused and unwashed items purchased in the last 30 days with all tags attached in saleable condition.

Full-priced and non-Final Sale items are returnable for refund/store credit.

How soon will I receive my refund/store credit?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received in our warehouse.

Issues with your order?

Please contact us at info@allurelingerie.com before returning the item, if you believe you have received a defective or damaged product. Please email us images of the defect, along with your order number for our team to review.
